We have an exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive clinical team at our long established practice in Camberley that is part of the Surrey Heath PCN and Federation The Salaried GP will provide high-quality primary care services to patients registered with the practice, including temporary patients. The role involves delivering clinical care, participating in practice meetings, and contributing to the overall functioning and development of the practice.The Salaried GP will work collaboratively with the practice team to manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting ensuring the highest standards of safe, effective, patient-centred care for all registered and temporary patients. We are a proud training practice owned by a successful GP Federation and Linked PCN, with lots of opportunity for professional growth We are offering up to 8 sessions per week, with a mandatory requirement for Friday availability. Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problemsManaging a range of acute and chronic medical conditions providing appropriate care and advice. Assessing the healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problemsRecording clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standard and using agreed clinical systemsCollecting data for audit purposesPrescribing in accordance with the practice prescribing formulary (or generically) whenever this is clinically appropriateRefer patients to secondary care or other healthcare professionals as necessaryIn general, the post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.Working sessions covering 8:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday, Saturdays 9:00 to 17:00, as part of a rota, including working as 'Duty Doctor'We are Surrey Heath Community Providers Limited, which is a federation of 7 GP practices across 10 sites, covering a population of over 104,000 patients across Surrey Heath. We began in 2016 and now employ around 200 members of staff across our head office sites, and our primary care and unplanned care services.
