Salaried GP

New Today

Due to our growing patient list we are looking for a motivated and like‑minded GP to join our successful team for 4 sessions per week, ideally to include a Monday.

You will be working alongside an experienced and diverse team of GP's, paramedic's, clinical pharmacists, social prescribers, specialist nurses and first contact physiotherapists.

We offer a flexible working day with adequate breaks, admin time and a safe number of patient contacts. We are currently offering a mix of routine 10 minute telephone consultations and routine and same day 15 minute face to face consultations. Daily we have 1 duty doctor supported by our paramedic and physician's associate alongside other GPs to form our triage team. We work across two sites and are part of Mosaic Healthcare (a 3 practice PCN), who we have an excellent and collaborative relationship with.

Main duties of the job

You will offer and provide all the duties normally provided by a General Medical Practitioner. There will be opportunities to develop your clinical leadership skills within the practice or at PCN level, as well as support to develop any specialist interest you may have. If you are keen to develop or already have a specialist interest, we would encourage you to apply to see how we can help you to develop this service for our patients.

About us

We currently care for more than 13,000 patients and are a semi‑rural practice. The partnership is made up of 3 GP partners, supported by 7 salaried GPs. The practice and its patients along with the relationships of the clinical and administrative teams are long established and the practice has consistently achieved high levels of QOF targets for several years and is focused on continuous quality improvement.

We are a forward thinking practice keen to develop not only the service we provide to our patients, but to develop our teams and staff to be the best that they can be. The partners recognise how important it is not only to deliver excellent patient care but to also take care of the whole team with their collaborative approach.

Wellbeing is key and we have a daily coffee break to offload as well as starting back up regular social events, covid allowing!
