An opportunity has arisen to joinour friendly, enthusiastic and progressive training practice in Prudhoe within theTyne Valley as a salaried GP.We are looking for a further committed GP to join our positive, collaborative team. (4 Sessions)Main duties of the jobThe role involves all thereasonable duties of a GP in our surgery - surgeries, home visits, duty Dr andother typical day to day GP tasks.We run a standard appointmentsystem with a mixture of pre-bookable and on the day appointments in eachsurgery.Patients can choose appointmenttype and we offer a full range of remote and online consultation methods.On-call duty involves triagingvisit requests and any remaining on the day requests without an appointment. Theon-call is split into either a morning or afternoon session.We run a flexible usual GPsystem. Patients can choose who they see but continuity is valued and encouraged.We encourage participation inthe practice time out sessions and ICB PLT sessions.
