Be part of a team that ensures every learner feels safe, valued, and ready to thrive.In this vital role, youll respond tosafeguardingandwellbeingconcerns, ensuring thatlearnersare safe and secure both on and off campus. Youll lead proactive initiatives from workshops to online resources promoting safety across all strands of provision, including study programmes, apprenticeships, and higher education. Youll raise awareness of key issues such asPrevent,County Lines,CSE, and domestic violence, while contributing to the departments operational plan and the Colleges strategic goals.
