The Role As the Service Manager for Safeguarding, you will be responsible for: Leading and managing the Safeguarding Team, ensuring the effective delivery of safeguarding services to adults at risk of abuse or neglect. Working collaboratively with partner agencies to promote and ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals. Overseeing the operation of the Safeguarding Adults Board and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Monitoring and evaluating safeguarding activity, providing reports and analysis to the Service Director and other key stakeholders.
