About the Role: As our Safeguarding and Welfare Officer, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of safeguarding practices across the school. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will be a trusted point of contact for pupils, staff, and families, and will help to create a safe, supportive environment where every child feels valued and able to thrive. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead Maintain accurate, confidential safeguarding records Liaise with external agencies, including social care and health professionals Provide support and early intervention to children and families in need Promote a culture of safeguarding across the school Monitor attendance and work with families to ensure high levels of pupil engagement What We’re Looking For:
