This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while receiving training and mentoring, with a clear route into teacher training (Schools Direct, PGCE, or salaried options) the following year. Role Overview: Join a subject-specialist department (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, etc.)
Support pupils across KS3-KS4 , with some exposure to KS5
Deliver small-group interventions, support in-class teaching, and help plan lessons
Receive ongoing CPD, training, and mentoring from experienced educators
Contribute to a culture of academic excellence and high expectations
