The Work
Advise landowners and estates on commercial leases, options and project agreements. Provide practical, commercial advice on the full spectrum of Rural Property law. Act in the sale, purchase and leasing of estates, forests, farms, natural capital assets, and rural development projects. Advise clients on law reform and regulatory change affecting the rural and energy sectors. Manage your own caseload while supporting broader team initiatives. Contribute to business development and strengthen long‑term client relationships.
Your Experience
2-4 years' PQE in Rural Property or Commercial Property. Strong commercial awareness and ability to offer pragmatic solutions. four príncipe. Excellent communication, client‑care and organisational skills. Confident in managing a 在 estate caseload and meeting deadlines. Proactive approach to business development and client engagement. Genuine interest in the Rural work and economy.
