We are looking for a committed and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our Rough Sleeper team. This role focuses on supporting individuals who are rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping across West Northamptonshire, helping them access treatment, stability, and long-term change.
About the Role
As Rough Sleeper Recovery Worker, you will work flexibly across the community to reach and support people experiencing homelessness or at risk of it. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing outreach support in the community, including visits to housing providers and local charities
Delivering brief interventions and motivating individuals to engage in treatment
Working closely with fellow Recovery Workers and receiving guidance from the Rough Sleeper Team, Team Leader.
Collaborating with partner agencies to ensure a coordinated, multi-agency approach to meeting clients needs
This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you will make a meaningful difference to some of the most vulnerable people in West Northamptonshire.

We are looking for someone who is:
A confident and effective communicator
Organised, efficient, and able to manage a varied workload
Engaging, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting people to access treatment
Compassionate, resilient, and committed to helping individuals make positive changes
A full driving licence and access to a car are essential, as daily travel between sites is required. Mileage expenses will be provided.
