£35K - Nursery Room Leader - Brand New Montessori Setting - NW London


A brand new nursery in NW London is opening its doors in September 2026.


We are looking for a Nursery Room Leader who wants more than just another role, someone who wants to shape a classroom, influence the environment, and be part of something from day one to start in July 2026.


This is a rare opportunity to join early, work closely with leadership, and grow as the nursery grows.


The Role

You will be responsible for leading a room and creating a safe, engaging, and high quality learning environment for children, combining EYFS and Montessori principles.


You will

  • Lead daily room operations and routines.
  • Support and mentor junior staff.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities.
  • Build strong relationships with parents.
  • Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years minimum
  • Experience working in a nursery setting Room Leader experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of EYFS
  • Montessori experience or training is a strong advantage
  • Passion for early childhood development
  • Right to work in the UK
