Role Summary: As a Room Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring guest rooms are cleaned and presented to the highest luxury standards, contributing directly to the guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Clean guest rooms to Ellen Kensington Hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking guest amenities. Follow assigned task sheets and room status updates to ensure timely turnaround of arrivals, stayovers, and departures. Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests and needs during room servicing. Maintain a clean, well-organised trolley and ensure housekeeping pantries are tidy and stocked. Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times, including correct use of chemicals and equipment.
