THE OPPORTUNITY This is not a desk-based role. Were looking for a hands-on Roofing Site Manager to oversee works across multiple sites within the South West, delivering planned and reactive roofing works within social housing. Youll be managing a mix of direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will spend the majority of your time out on site, with occasional days in the Exeter office for admin and reporting.
THE ROLE - Manage day-to-day roofing site operations across multiple projects - Oversee pitched roofing (slate, tile, concrete) and flat roofing systems
