We are looking for a Road Logistics Account Manager to join us in our East Midlands Gateway office. You will drive customer projects and manage escalations within your field of responsibility, truly own the operation and all aspects for the customer. You will workin close cooperation with National Commercial Service Manager to set up new and improve existing processes playing a key role during the implementation phase of new customer activities. How you create impact Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer and all relevant teams within the customer Build and maintain strong relationships with various internal stakeholders including but not limited to NCS Manager, Business Manager, Logistics Partner Manager Etc. Own overall operational processes, escalations and all other matters for your team and your customer Ensure customer OTIF is met and relevant MI is provided to mitigate failures Manage the roll out of the operational requirement for the new scope. Communicate with the customer on a regular basis; verbally, via E-Mail, Teams conferencing and face to face.
