* Supporting the development and delivery of risk reports and dashboards
* Liaising with project and functional teams to gather and maintain high-quality risk inputs
* Managing documentation and SharePoint resources for the Risk Management function
* Supporting the implementation of risk tools and the onboarding of new users
* Contributing to the wider programme controls function to ensure alignment of risk data
✅ What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with a sharp eye for detail, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive mindset. Key requirements include:
* Experience in a project support or coordination role (preferably in large, complex or regulated environments)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with risk tools (ARM, Predict! etc.) is desirable
* Familiarity with project risk or programme governance frameworks (e.g., P3M3, MoR) is advantageous
Qualifications
* A-levels or equivalent required
* A degree or professional qualification in business admin, project management or related field is desirable
* Certifications such as APM PFQ, PRINCE2 Foundation, or MoR Foundation are a plus
Why Apply?
* Be part of the UK's flagship fusion energy programme
* Join a mission-driven team shaping the future of clean energy
* Enjoy flexible, hybrid working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment
* Work on a high-profile programme with long-term prospects
