The successful Risk & Opportunity Manager will be easily able to commute to them business from areas such as Huddersfield, Leeds, Dewsbury, Halifax, Wakefield and Brighouse.

Key Responsibilities of the Risk & Opportunity Manager will include:

Lead the identification, assessment, and management of risks and opportunities across multiple projects
Develop and implement risk management plans aligned with project and contractual requirements
Oversee the full risk lifecycle from project initiation through to completion
Maintain and manage the central Risk & Opportunity Register, ensuring risks are tracked and mitigated effectively
Provide analysis, reporting, and insights (including quantitative methods) to support decision-making and highlight emerging risks

For the Risk & Opportunity Manager role, we are keen to receive CVs from candidates who possess:

Demonstrable experience in Risk & Opportunity Management within complex project or programme environments
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, principles, and delivery frameworks
Proven ability to carry out quantitative risk analysis, including techniques such as Monte Carlo simulation and statistical modelling
Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide clear, actionable insights
Experience managing multiple projects xbpsjku and stakeholders, ensuring risks are effectively assessed, prioritised, and controlled

Salary & Benefits:

Up to £55,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday
37.5 hours per week - Flexible working available (Further details cand be discussed on application)
25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays + up to 12 additional flex days
Company pension contributions of up to 8%
