This is a newly created position, offering a fantastic opportunity to shape and influence compliance operations during an exciting phase of growth.

Reporting to the Head of Risk, this pivotal role focuses heavily on AML and is ideal for a proactive compliance professional seeking a step up. You'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory standards are met while helping to develop and embed a strong risk culture across the firm.

Key Responsibilities: Support the Head of Risk, COLP, and MLRO in managing regulatory and compliance matters, with a strong emphasis on AML. Serve as the go-to advisor for internal stakeholders on a wide range of compliance topics, including SRA Code of Conduct, AML, sanctions, and conflict of interest matters. Collaborate with the General Counsel to maintain and enhance client engagement terms and third-party advisor documentation.
