This is a newly created role, reflecting the firms continued growth and commitment to best practice, governance, and regulatory excellence. The Role The Risk and Compliance Manager will play a key role in safeguarding the firm by identifying, assessing, and managing legal, regulatory, and operational risks. You will ensure the firm operates in full compliance with all relevant regulations, professional standards, and internal policies, while supporting partners and staff with practical, commercial advice. This is a senior and influential position, offering the opportunity to shape and strengthen the firms risk and compliance framework across multiple offices and departments.
