What youll do on nights

• Take charge of the shift lead from the front, allocate support, and keep the team steady and focused
• Make the calls that matter assess, prioritise, escalate when needed, and keep everyone safe
• Run meds and clinical checks smoothly
• Keep care personal
• Hand over like a pro communicate clearly with the Home Manager so days and nights work as one team
