RF Engineer required to join a Security Cleared team Designing linear high power wide band RF amplifiers up to 200 Watts using GaN or LDMOS electronic circuits and sub assemblies for military and airborne use. You work as part of a small dynamic RF and Hardware team and contribute across the full product lifecycle from requirements, design, test, release and support of RF designs. Requirements Transmitter and Receiver circuit design for military or airborne systems, MIL-STDs or DO160. GaN or LDMOS high power wide band RF amplifiers up to 200 Watts. RF filter design. Antenna design with LNA, Down converter and Upconverters PCB Design Software and RF simulation tools. Altium, Cadence AWR Microwave Office, Ansys HFSS. Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree in related subject British Citizen or ability to obtain required security clearance (SC).
