T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch for a Reworker to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Reworker Job Details & Benefits;

Weekly Rotating shifts
Mornings - Monday Friday, 6am-2pm
Afternoons Monday Thursday 2pm-10:45pm, Friday 2pm-7pm
£13.50 - £15.28 per hour (Hourly rate includes shift premium)
28 days holiday to start including bank holidays increasing with length of service to a maximum of 33 days including bank holidays

Reworker Job Details;

To complete modifications to IPC standards
To inspect completed assemblies as detailed in the relevant process and procedural manuals to IPC/customer specifications
To follow company procedures to ensure product and process integrity is maintained at all times
Assist the engineering and quality departments with technical queries and investigations
To support the creation of documentation when required
Assist with continuous improvement activities when required

Reworker Person Specification;

Previous experience within soldering is required
Previous experience within an Electronics industry is preferred
Ability to follow drawings and complete paperwork
Good dexterity skills
