Rewards Analyst

Location: Derby, UK (3 days on-site) I 6-Month Contract

Rate: Umbrella: up to £350.00 per day

We are looking for a Rewards Analyst to join a globally respected technology company that develops cutting-edge solutions to deliver clean, safe, and competitive power technologies. This is a 6-month contract based in Derby, providing the opportunity to support global reward programmes during a high-volume period, helping recognise and motivate employees across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do:

• Support operational delivery of reward processes, including salary reviews and annual incentive plans.
• Ensure accurate data management across HR and payroll systems.
• Assist with cyclical reward activities, reporting, audits, and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation and process guides.

What You’ll Need:

• +3 years of experience with pay awards, bonuses, or reward data.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset, quick learner, and commitment to continuous improvement.
