EMEA Recruitment is working with a purpose-led, global organization as it looks to hire a Reward, People Systems and Analytics Manager.



As Reward, People Systems and Analytics Manager, you’ll lead compensation, benefits, analytics, and HR technology for an international setting.



Reporting to the CHRO, you’ll be a key member of the People & Culture leadership team and a trusted partner to senior executives.



This role can be based out of Amsterdam, London, Berlin, Brussels, or Paris. Salary dependent on experience (£85,000-£95,000 +bonus +benefits)


Responsibilities of the Reward, People Systems and Analytics Manager:

  • Build and lead global total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, incentive plans, and equity programs
  • Drive people analytics that power smarter workforce decisions
  • Own the HR tech ecosystem (HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll) and deliver scalable, automated, people-first processes
  • Lead a talented global team and collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Communications, and Tech
  • Advise senior leaders and the board on compensation, workforce trends, and strategic people insights



Experience required:

  • Leadership experience in Total Rewards, People Analytics, and/or HR Systems in an international environment
  • Deep expertise in compensation strategy and incentive design
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to turn data into action
  • Experience leading HR system strategy and vendor management
  • A strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels
