Reward Partner 12 Month FTC£60K - £70K per annumRemote based from Manchester / Leeds / Birmingham / Bristol Forward Role is working with a well-established, partnership-led professional services organisation to recruit a Reward Partner into their growing Reward function.This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with the Head of Reward, HR, Finance and senior stakeholders across the business, playing a key role in delivering complex compensation and reward projects at scale.As the Reward Partner, you'll take ownership of a range of compensation-focused initiatives, with particular emphasis on: Market benchmarking and job evaluationJob architecture and framework embeddingAnnual pay and bonus review cyclesEU Pay Transparency projectsReward modelling and analysis You'll be hands-on with data, comfortable working with confidential information, and confident in translating complex insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
