Reward Manager

We are looking for an experienced Reward professional for 3 month contract to join the transforming HR team of our education sector client. Work closely with the Head of Reward and Recognition you will manage the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the organisations' reward initiatives, policies, and processes, including pay, job architecture, benefits, and recognition programmes. Supported by a Reward Analyst you will manage the effective delivery of reward and benefit programmes and projects (such as the EVP), acting as the expert on reward best practice, and ensuring compliance with reward frameworks, legislation, governance and policies.
This is a 3 month fixed term contract initially, with the potential of extension or permanent appointment
What we're looking for:
Proven reward management expertise, ideally within a large or complex organisational structure. A background in education is desirable, but you'll certainly have worked within the broader public or third sector to be familiar with similar reward principles and structures Be available to start in June or latest early July. Able to base in the London HQ at least 2 days/week
