Description
Support end-to-end project delivery of the new benefits platform, through launch and post-implementation review.
Engage with external providers and internal stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Finance, Comms) to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Design and deliver internal comms and engagement plans, ensuring employees understand, adopt, and value the new offering.
Review and align current benefits provision to ensure market competitiveness and consistency with the wider reward strategy.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance, including GDPR and contractual obligations, during the transfer and ongoing maintenance of employee benefit records.
Develop reporting and insight dashboards to track uptake, utilisation, and ROI of the new platform.
Train HR and line managers on the new system and associated policies or process changes.
Benchmark benefits regularly post-implementation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement or evolution.
