Paying between £60k - £70k + £10k Car Allowance + benefits

Our client, a forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a Reward Lead to help shape their reward framework. This pivotal role will work closely with the Head of Reward, driving initiatives that align with the company’s broader business objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Shape the Future: Contribute to the design and implementation of the Group Reward strategy.
- Drive Engagement: Oversee compensation and benefits programmes, including salary, bonuses, and health benefits.
- Collaborate Effectively: Engage with business stakeholders to ensure they are fully involved in the reward processes.
- analyse and Advise: utilise WTW job benchmarking methodology and provide insights based on internal and external pay analysis.
- Lead Initiatives: Spearhead pay progression schemes and support the development of a comprehensive pay strategy.
- Empower Others: Upskill the generalist People team on Reward matters.
- Create Access: Develop a user-friendly online Reward Hub for colleagues, ensuring easy access to all benefits.
- Build Relationships: Forge and maintain strong connections with internal teams, Senior Leadership, and third-party providers.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor external trends and legislative changes in the Reward landscape, bringing innovative practises to the organisation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience Matters: Previous Reward Management experience is essential, ideally within the private sector.
- Flexibility is Key: Experience with flexible benefits solutions is a plus.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organisational skills to manage and execute medium HR/Reward projects effectively.
- Communication Wizard: Excellent communication skills to build relationships at all levels and influence key stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Mindset: High analytical and numerical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Adaptable & Resilient: Flexible and able to thrive under pressure.
