This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced reward management professional to lead on our pay review process.
As Reward and Compliance Lead, you will lead the development and implementation of an equitable and affordable reward proposition that enables English Heritage to attract and retain the talent it needs to fulfil its strategy and purpose. You will oversee the annual pay review process, working alongside the SLT, board, and unions to implement key changes. Owning pay compliance risk, you will regularly review our pay practices to ensure legal obligations.
Requirements
Extensive experience of reward management across a diverse and multidisciplinary business
Experience of risk and compliance management
Deep understanding of UK employment law and legislation, and its practical application
MCIPD qualified, and/or equivalent experience that demonstrates leadership of an HR team serving senior leaders
Advanced analytical and modelling skills with expertise in MS Excel and HR Information Systems
