Role overview
The role of ‘Insights & Reward Partner’ is central to the success of the HR team and the wider business, ensuring we are collating all of our people metrics and providing the team with the insight and data to focus on the people and performance agenda across our business. As the KPI guru, you will shape, inform and direct our key processes within HR, ensuring we deliver the basics well and that our benefits, contracts and policies are up to date. Delivering a colleague insights strategy, you will also be responsible in supporting the Legal & HR Director with our Rewards Strategy for the business.
