We’re looking for a Reward Analyst to join our growing Reward team at ISS UK & Ireland — a key role supporting data-led decision-making and shaping fair, competitive compensation practices across the business.
Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you’ll partner with stakeholders across functions, take ownership of high-impact projects and help mature our approach to total reward.

What You’ll Do: Deliver benchmarking and market analysis to support competitive compensation Analyse salary, bonus, and benefits data to inform decisions and reporting Support annual review processes and ensure accurate reward data across systems Contribute to reward frameworks, grading, and job architecture design Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and HR systems Monitor compliance with pay regulations, including EU Pay Transparency Act as a trusted point of contact for reward queries and insights
