Reward Analyst

Were looking for a Reward Analyst with strong finance and modelling experience. Youll handle large data sets, build clear models, and produce straightforward reports suitable for executive and RemCo discussions. The work covers market benchmarking, budgeting, salary and bonus reviews, and maintaining fair and consistent pay structures across a growing Group.
What youll do
Carry out pay modelling, scenario planning and budgeting (salary review, bonus accruals, cost forecasting, pay progression). Build and maintain compensation matrices for the Group, including alignment through integrations. Lead salary benchmarking using WTW data and methods, turning market data into practical recommendations. Produce clear, accurate papers and slide decks for senior stakeholders and RemCo. Act as a Workday compensation superuser, improving workflows, data quality and reporting. Support annual pay and bonus reviews, job evaluation, and alignment with our European hubs. Create a reporting suite (from scratch) for People and Finance to improve visibility of reward spend and outcomes.
What youll bring
