Attention all Revit MEP Coordinators!

We are seeking experienced Revit MEP Coordinators to join a leading engineering company in a contract role. The position requires a hybrid work arrangement: 3 days on site and 2 days remote.

• Hourly rate from £40-£45 (depending on experience)
• Hybrid working arrangement

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage coordinated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks software.
• Collaborate with engineers and design teams to ensure clash-free designs.
• Support project delivery from early design to construction phases.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve design issues.
• Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP.
• Experience with cloud-based Revit collaboration tools.
• Good understanding of MEP systems and site workflows.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks.
