Job Title: Revit Technician MEP / HVAC Location: Cirencester or Bournemouth Salary: £30,000 to £70,000+ DOE

We are working on behalf of a well-established building services contractor that is seeking an experienced Revit Technician to support the design and delivery of mechanical packages across CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-out projects. This is a key role within the design team, focused on producing high-quality MEP models and drawings , supporting HVAC design development, and working closely with engineers and project teams to ensure coordinated and buildable solutions. This position will suit a technically capable individual with strong Revit and building services experience , particularly within HVAC and mechanical design environments.

Responsibilities:

Produce and develop coordinated 3D Revit models for mechanical building services projects. Support HVAC design, including air conditioning, ventilation, ductwork, pipework, AHUs, MVHR, and associated systems.
