Location: London Department: Revenue & Reservations Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Revenue & Reservations Manager to join our team in London. This role is pivotal in maximizing room revenue, optimizing distribution channels, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the reservations department. Key Responsibilities Revenue Management Maximize room revenue through strategic pricing, inventory management, and effective use of all distribution channels. Develop and implement pricing strategies across all market segments to drive RevPAR and overall profitability. Conduct detailed sales strategy analysis, forecast demand, and produce long-range room forecasts by segment. Monitor booking patterns, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust rates and restrictions accordingly. Generate weekly revenue and sales control reports, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure accurate rate loading, inventory control, and system alignment (PMS, CRS, GDS, OTAs,). Reservations & Distribution Oversee the entire reservations department, ensuring smooth operations and high conversion rates. Manage and update rates and availability across all booking channels, maintaining consistency and rate parity. Handle disparities, overbooking situations, and guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Lead the pick-up monitoring process, including weekend reviews. Review and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with pricing strategy. Manage group enquiries from initial proposal through conversion. Team Leadership & Process Management Train, coach, and motivate the reservations team to maintain a proactive sales and revenue-focused culture. Develop and maintain departmental procedures, training manuals, templates, and documentation. Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and high-potential accounts. Work closely with the General Manager on competitor analysis, market fluctuations, and pricing strategies. About You We are looking for a candidate with: A solid understanding of Londons hospitality market , competitor landscape, and key demand drivers. Strong experience with distribution channels , including OTAs, GDS, and travel partners. Proficiency in advanced Excel , STR reporting, and revenue management software. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach. Strong leadership capabilities with experience supervising or managing a reservations team.
