Multi-Property Hotel Group Senior Leadership Role | Competitive Salary + Bonus An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director of Revenue to join a quality-driven hotel group operating within the upscale to luxury hospitality sector. This is a group-level leadership role with significant influence, suited to a commercially astute revenue professional who excels in strategic planning, data-led decision making, and collaborative working with owners and senior executive teams.
The Role
Reporting at senior leadership level, the Director of Revenue will lead and execute the revenue strategy across a multi-property portfolio, working closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive performance and profitability. Key responsibilities include: Developing and delivering group-wide pricing, forecasting, and demand strategies
Driving total revenue optimisation across Rooms, Meetings & Events, and ancillary revenue streams
Managing distribution strategy, channel mix, and rate integrity
Leading budgeting, forecasting, and commercial reporting processes
Providing strategic commercial insight to senior stakeholders and ownership
Leading, mentoring, and developing revenue teams across the portfolio
Driving best practice use of RMS, PMS, CRS, and BI tools
Supporting new openings, repositioning projects, and system implementations
The Ideal Candidate
You will be an established senior revenue leader with strong multi-property or cluster experience, ideally gained within upscale, lifestyle, or luxury hotel environments. You will demonstrate: Proven experience in a senior revenue role (Director of Revenue / Head of Revenue Management)
Strong commercial and analytical capability
Experience working at executive and owner level
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across disciplines
A passion for driving performance, innovation, and best practice
