They seek a reliable, self-motivated individual to work as a Returns Supervisor (Equipment, Hardware, Film Industry, Lighting, etc) as part of their operations department.You may have some knowledge of the UK Film, Events Industry or similar and need to be highly organised and disciplined. You will be supporting processes and procedures, assisting teams, customers and managers.Key Duties Ensuring the smooth movement, tracking, and reconciliation of technical film-lighting equipment across sub-hire, returns, and transfer processes. Work closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and international partners to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance throughout the equipment lifecycle. Be responsible for managing sub-hire processes, supporting the returns workflow, overseeing goods-in activity, coordinating intercompany transfers, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate system records. You will play a key role in protecting high-value assets, maintaining operational flow, and supporting cross-department collaboration to ensure timely and accurate equipment movement.Ideal ExperienceStrong technical knowledge across film-lighting product lines or similar, with a solid understanding of equipment applications and accessory variations. Proficient in inventory systemsStrong MS-Office skills including Excel. Excellent understanding of the UK lighting industry (desired).
