We are growing and are seeking a driven and diligent Retrofit Survey Manager in Livingston to lead survey coordination across our UK-wide energy efficiency programmes, including ECO4, GBIS, WarmWorks and Local Authority schemes. Sitting at the centre of delivery this role provides governance and oversight of all survey-related activity across multiple programmes and departments. You will control survey allocation, maintain data integrity, and ensure TrustMark/PAS compliance - safeguarding the quality of information that underpins our funded projects. This is a fast-paced, high-accountability position suited to someone who can manage concurrent workstreams without compromising accuracy, enjoys structured problem-solving, and can maintain operational cadence across cross-functional stakeholders. The role: Acting as the central contact for the surveyors and funders, ensuring smooth communication and issuing resolutions.

Gaining a clear working knowledge of all active programmes (ECO4, GBIS, WarmWorks and LA schemes) to support a compliant and efficient delivery.

Allocate and track surveys end-to-end, ensuring deadlines, quality and client expectations are met at all times.

Support surveyors with information and coordinate with Project Managers to provide timely and accurate progress updates whilst keeping to KPI alignment.
