The role

Southern Housingis delivering a major energy-efficiency retrofit programme, and we are looking for a proactiveRetrofit Engagement Officerto help residents understand, participate in, and benefit from energy improvements to their homes.

Reporting to the Sustainability Engagement Lead, you will be the programmes on-the-ground presence - supporting residents through the process, improving access for retrofit assessments, and ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience throughout.

What youll do:

This role can be based at one of our main offices inFarringdonorSittingbourneand is offered with a hybrid working arrangement between office, site visits and work from home. You will alsorequire a valid driving licence and essential use of carto fulfil this role.
