Retrofit Technical Solutions Advisor
Hatfield | Full-time, Monday to Friday | Up to £45,000 + benefits
We’re looking for a Retrofit Technical Solutions Advisor to support the delivery of energy efficiency projects in line with PAS2035 standards. This is a key role for someone with Retrofit Assessor and Coordinator experience who wants to make a practical impact on how retrofit is delivered — with quality, compliance, and sustainability at the core.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead on Retrofit Coordination for live projects, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance

Carry out or support Retrofit Assessments, identifying suitable improvement measures
*
Review and verify documentation to meet PAS2035 standards and audit requirements
*
Provide quality assurance on assessments, coordination, and design work
*
Work closely with project managers, contractors, and internal technical teams
*
Monitor project progress, flag issues, and suggest improvements
*
Support procurement with technical insight on sustainable materials and suppliers
*
Stay informed on industry developments, funding schemes, and regulatory changes
