Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Retrofit Contract Manager located in Romford. The Retrofit Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing retrofit projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, liaising with clients and stakeholders, managing contracts, and coordinating with installation teams. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project progress, ensuring safety regulations are met, and managing project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and contract management
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance such as PAS 2030/2035 would be beneficial but not essential
• Experience in large scale social housing projects
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to coordinate with installation teams and manage project timelines
• Experience in the insulation and solar products industry is a plus
• Proficiency in monitoring project progress and managing budgets
• Relevant vocational training qualifications a plus
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
