Retrofit Construction Project Manager – North West – Private Consultancy £40,000 - £55,000 + Package Full Time | Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Retrofit Construction Project Manager to join a growing design & build consultancy delivering low-carbon retrofit projects across the UK.

This is a key role focused on the delivery of PAS 2035 compliant domestic retrofit schemes, supporting projects across social housing, private residential and mixed-tenure portfolios.

Responsibilities Deliver domestic retrofit projects in line with PAS 2035 Manage projects from design through to installation and handover Coordinate Retrofit Coordinators, designers and installers Oversee quality assurance, compliance and audit readiness Manage programme, budgets and contractor performance Ensure Health & Safety compliance across live sites Handle resident liaison and stakeholder engagement Manage snagging and post-installation worksRequirements Proven experience delivering domestic retrofit or energy efficiency projects Strong understanding of PAS 2035 and PAS 2030 Experience working with low-carbon technologies (ASHP, PV, ventilation etc.) Experience working in occupied properties Strong project management and stakeholder skills Full UK driving licenceContact: James Glover at Service Care Solutions on (phone number removed) or via email at (url removed)...
