TSA surveying is partnering with a respected Retrofit specialist, looking to appoint a Retrofit Assessor to support their continued growth within the housing sector.

About the Role

As a Retrofit Assessor, you will carry out assessments in line with PAS 2035, supporting the delivery of energy-efficient, low-carbon homes. You’ll manage your own workload, conduct site visits, analyse data, and produce detailed technical reports.

Qualified Retrofit Assessor (essential) Proven experience in retrofit or energy efficiency projects Strong understanding of low-carbon technologies (e.g. insulation, heating systems) Ability to measure properties and produce floor plans Experience using modelling/software tools (2D/3D) Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and report-writing ability Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Self-motivated with strong time management skills ...
