Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a leading outdoor and sport brand in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused, motivated individual to support a successful store team, drive sales, and develop their retail career.

Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment
Support store management with day-to-day operations
Drive sales and performance to achieve company targets
Open and close the store as required
Maintain high retail standards including merchandising and stock control
Handle deliveries accurately and efficiently
Build strong relationships with colleagues and wider teams
About You:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Positive, can-do attitude and a natural people person
Confident communicator with strong customer focus
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Ideally able to drive with access to a vehicle
