Position: Store Manager Reports to: Area Manager Job Purpose: The Store Manager is responsible for driving daily sales growth by effectively leading, developing, and motivating their team. Manage existing and potential customer data, analyzing the local market and competition.

Monitor KPI performance reports and implement necessary follow-up actions.
