Role: Retail Sales Assistant

Location: Birmingham

Hours: 12-24 Hours per week, MUST HAVE weekend availability

Salary: £13.45 per hour PLUS monthly store bonus

Applicants must be 18+ due to the nature of the product

This revolutionary new product that heats tobacco instead of burning it, offering several benefits over traditional tobacco products and has a very loyal and continually growing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Educating Adult Smokers on the benefits of heated tobacco.
• Convert traditional tobacco users to heated tobacco users through in‑store demonstrations and guided trials.
• Maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
• Working alongside the Store Lead to drive sales performance and customer experience.
• Support opening/closing of the store and daily operational duties including, but not limited to, stock management, store reporting and cash handling.
