Retail Property Finance Officer\n\nLocation: Head Office (Hybrid Working Available)\n Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm\n\nBenefits:\n\n25 days holiday + Bank Holidays\n\nColleague discount and benefits scheme\n\nHybrid working available\n\nThe Role\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in finance, accounting, or property finance to play a key role in supporting the financial management of a large store portfolio.\n\nThe position will focus on rent, service charges, and wider property-related costs, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders in a high-volume retail environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage and maintain financial records across a large portfolio of retail stores\n\nMonitor and reconcile rent payments, service charges, and arrears\n\nSupport the review and administration of rent reviews, lease agreements, and property costs\n\nLiaise with landlords, managing agents, and internal departments\n\nInvestigate and resolve financial discrepancies and queries relating to store properties\n\nProduce detailed Excel reports and financial analysis\n\nMaintain accurate schedules of property-related expenditure\n\nSupport budgeting and forecasting for the retail estate\n\nAssist with month-end finance processes\n\nAbout You\n\nWe are keen to speak with candidates from a range of backgrounds, including accountancy and finance, who have experience working with property, leases, or multi-site operations.\n\nYou must have:\n\nExperience in finance, property finance, or retail finance\n\nExposure to multi-site environments or store-level financials\n\nUnderstanding of rent, leases, or landlord accounts \n\nStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data handling)\n\nOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
