As a Retail Partnerships Assistant, you’ll work closely with partners both in the UK and internationally, you’ll help deliver distinctive retail experiences, all while supporting a fast-moving operation behind the scenes. Your contribution will ensure our products continue to represent the excellence and heritage of the Royal Collection – wherever in the world they’re found.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate orders, deliveries and quotes for retail partners across the UK and internationally, ensuring smooth, on-time fulfilment. Support product selection and curation tailored to partner needs, helping to showcase a diverse, high-quality range. Maintain accurate records for products, pricing and partners, using internal systems to manage orders and stock. Liaise with the Warehouse and Finance teams to ensure stock readiness, timely dispatch, and accurate invoicing. Build strong working relationships with retail partners, providing exceptional service and timely communication. Support day-to-day admin tasks, from producing reports and presentations to helping plan retail events and appointments.
