Were looking to add an additional team member to our wonderful branch at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol!
The ideal candidate MUST HAVE some optical experience, will be enthusiastic, patient focused, reliable and most of all, dedicated to continuing the best customer service in the optics industry!
At Cribbs Causeway we are a very experienced team, we pride ourselves in our knowledge and service, so we need someone who can fit into the team well.
This role will require a combination of technical responsibilities and direct customer interaction to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
Full training will be given to the right candidate.
The Role:
? Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting frames and lenses that meet their style, prescription, and visual needs.
? Conduct comprehensive and accurate eyewear fittings, ensuring proper frame adjustments and lens measurements for optimal comfort and vision, and glazing.
? Maintain accurate and organised records of customer prescriptions, orders, and transactions.
? Effectively deal with customer concerns and queries.
? Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and welcoming store environment.

The Individual:
? Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centric approach.
? Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Organisational skills.
? Extensive knowledge of eyewear products, lens options, and frame styles.
? Ability to work in a team and individually to achieve sales goals.
? Must be able to work in the UK and have a full UK driving licence.
