Reebok EU are looking for a highly commercial and hands-on Retail Merchandiser to take full ownership of assortment planning, inventory management, and in-store execution across our factory outlet stores in Paris and Amsterdam . This role combines strategic planning with day-to-day trading ownership - the successful candidate will be responsible for building the right assortment, driving inventory turns, managing pricing and discounting, and ensuring best-in-class visual merchandising, ultimately maximising sell-through and margin recovery in an outlet environment.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

Own and deliver the full P&L performance for both outlet stores , driving sales, margin, and profitability in line with budget and forecast targets. Build and manage outlet-specific assortment plans aligned with commercial targets, owning buying decisions to ensure the right product mix to maximise sell-through and margin. Lead inventory planning across both stores, driving inventory turns through effective allocation, replenishment, and stock management. Develop and execute a pricing architecture for the outlet channel, including markdown and discounting strategy, promotional cadence, and clearance activity.
