The Role As our Retail Marketing Lead, you will develop and deliver a creative, insight-led marketing strategy across both physical stores and digital channels. Your focus will be on driving more consistent and effective promotional activity that increases footfall, grows sales, strengthens the retail brand, and raises awareness of our charity. This role will champion our values and strong community focus. You will work closely with the ExtraCare Charitable Trust marketing team to ensure clear alignment with the Trust's brand and messaging, and to draw on shared insight and expertise.
