We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Wellingborough. Our store, which opened in 2023, is located on Denington Industrial Estate. In store, the team is extremely experienced in our industry and are always on hand to offer product advice to professional tradespeople and home décor enthusiasts alike. Branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7:00 am – 5 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 5 pm. Managing a team of 3, you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keep the branch running smoothly.
Key Requirements
Demonstrated management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role
Experience developing a team
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
Enthusiastic and proactive about selling and able to inspire staff to achieve high levels of customer service
Understanding of our focus on customer service and brewing values
Ability to positively represent the Company to a wide range of customers
Self‑initiated and able to work independently
Knowledge of the local area would be beneficial
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive excellence
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, translating customer requirements into product recommendations
Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality – happy to help customers and colleagues
Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can also work as an individual when required
Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within the industry
Willing to attend training to become a Fire
